From your first screenshot, it is clear that the message about the outdated file refers to the child theme, meaning the file that was modified by you or your developer.
Please read this article: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/your-theme-contains-outdated-copies-of-some-woocommerce-template-files/
“If you are using a child theme and it has a rewritten WooCommerce folder (with files), then you need to make compatibility by yourself. Compare files https://text-compare.com/ (parent theme file and your child theme file) and add the missing code to your child theme file.”
