New shop banner not showing, prices listing both ex vat and incl vat.

Hello, I have 3 issues for a new (not finished) build:
1) I have edited the shop banner and saved it, but the old version is still displaying on the shop pages.

2) I have created a shop menu based on product categories. On the shop pages, is it possible to display this description above the listed products and under the banner?

3) my shop is listing prices in both incl vat as excl vat even though I have set the prices in woocommerce as inclusive vat and entered prices inclusive vat. Is this a woo commerce problem or theme problem?
I include 2 screen shots, one of the new banner and 2nd for the tax settings I’ve entered.

1/ Please clear cache and check the Shop page now.
To change the content on your Shop page, go to XStore Builders > Archive Products > edit template – https://prnt.sc/prGq4Ypjtuel , edit static block of the Shop page banner – https://prnt.sc/VmhEfHNpWian

2/ Could you please provide an example of the desired result?

How do I make the banner appear on all categorie pages, when the menu item is chosen and the products belonging to that categorie are displayed.
for example:

https://www.musik-geschenke.com/product-category/kleidung/winterkleidung/

Hello,

Thank you for your question. To make the banner appear on all category pages when a menu item is selected and the products belonging to that category are displayed, there are two possible ways to achieve a result similar to what you described:

1. Go to Products > Categories, edit the desired category, and add the shortcode of the static block to the category description area.
2. Go to XStore Builders > Archive Products, edit the template, and add the content there.

Please test both options before choosing the one that suits you best.
