Não estou conseguindo ativar a liçença no meu site

Eu tenho ativar, porem pede para eu desativar o site ao vivo. Mas aqui na minha conta do 8theme mostra meu site com a url correta na licença.

Please clarify in more detail how many websites you have in total and what your specific request to us is.

Could you please provide temporary WP-Admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please create a new user account with an Administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is created, please securely share the username and password with us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Só tenho um site:

artfacas.com
e somente uma liçença.

Porem não consigo ativar ela.

Segue dados para acesso. Por favor ativem a licença, eu tambem preciso aplicar o patch para o woocomerce.
