Hello, I can’t see the add-to-cart block in product page. It is showing only in edit mode
Hello @JohnyB,
Could you please check whether your website is loading correctly? We are currently unable to verify the issue due to an ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR. Also, regarding your request, we suggest you to check if you didn’t active the Catalog mode for all customers in Theme Options -> WooCommerce section.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
Hello, because we migrated the domain it gave an error. Currently the site has been transferred to the domain gb7shop.bg
Hello @JohnyB,
Thank you for providing the details. As we previously mentioned, we can now confirm that the Catalog Mode was enabled for all users: https://prnt.sc/Ip0wZ5OgvDpn. We have now disabled this option, so the βAdd to Cartβ button should be visible. Please check and let us know if everything is working correctly.
Best regards,

Now it’s as it should be, thank you very much!
I have another question. After I made all the products that have color variations and in the given product there should be dots with the colors that can be selected. I don’t understand why it doesn’t show them, but when they appear below a given product with variations comes out as it should. I will attach two pictures.
Hello @JohnyB,
While our developers were investigating the issue, it appears that the access credentials to your website were modified, which caused us to be logged out. Could you please provide the correct access details to your website and refrain from making any further changes until we complete our work?
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
What data do you need exactly? The domain the site is pointing to is gb7shop.bg
Hello @JohnyB,
The previously provided wp-admin access credentials no longer allow us to log in. We kindly ask you to provide the correct login details.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
Sorry, this is new log in
Hello @JohnyB,
Please check it now. The issue has been resolved by removing and re-adding the βAdd to Cartβ widget in the Single Product editor. It appears that the caching system caused the content to display incorrectly if it was not re-saved after the Catalog Mode modifications.

Actually, I sent the wrong pictures. They come out as a sub menu, and I want them to come out with dots in the colors like in the other picture
Hello @JohnyB,
We are sorry, but we do not fully understand your request. It also appears that the screenshots you provided are not related to this topic and should be attached to a different one. Please submit separate topics for different questions. If the main issue in this topic has been resolved, kindly mark it as solved.

In photo 1, when you are in the given product, they should not have a drop-down menu, but should have a dot in the color as shown in photo 2. I don’t know why it doesn’t work this way in the product.
Hello @JohnyB
Could you please provide temporary FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Kind regards, Jack Richardson

Sorry, my mistake. It concerns the domain gb7shop.bg
See private
Hello @JohnyB,
Thank you for providing the details. Please share any private information only in the designated private area, which is visible exclusively to support managers. Sharing access details in a public area may allow others to view and connect to your FTP, potentially making unauthorized modifications.
We will review the issue you reported and inform you once we have identified possible solutions.

Hello @JohnyB,
During our inspection, we found that your swatch attributes were created using non-Latin characters (see: https://prnt.sc/2mKUIVoMMyuQ, https://prnt.sc/01Emo0EVL7Uo). When we created a test attribute using Latin characters as required (see: https://prnt.sc/TQKgHhHDvQ_n) and applied it to a test product, the swatches displayed correctly (see: https://prnt.sc/4cyicAMhoEiZ).
Please recreate your attributes using Latin characters and assign them to your products. We recommend creating one test attribute first and checking the frontend to confirm that it displays properly.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
