  I’m trying to change some translations regularly but they are not updated and I can’t find precise information. I don’t know if it’s because I have the child theme active. I need help. What language do I need to translate into Spanish

  xstore-es_ES.po /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder
  xstore-core-es_ES.po /wp-content/languages/plugins folder

  You need to translate the parent theme, not the child’s one.

  Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

  To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
