Off Canvas Account links are missing /my-account/

I am creating a header, and while testing, the Account links miss the /my-account/ part of the link so have errors, The Dashboard link just links to whatever page it is on at the moment.

eg: Payment Methods links to /payment-methods/
instead of
/my-account/payment-methods/

Please check whether you are using the latest versions of the theme and XStore Core on your website. If you require our assistance, kindly provide temporary wp-admin access in the private content section.

Hi, It is on ver 9.6, it says its the latest.

Hello @Ian,

Could you please check it now? The issue you experienced occurred because the “My Account” page option was not set in the WooCommerce settings (see: https://gyazo.com/98604ac555bf4cc47d6042fc3f9e962d).

Please also make sure to configure the other required pages, such as the Cart and Checkout pages, as shown in the attached screenshots.

Thankyou that is very helpful, I noticed when testing that once you are on one of the account pages, that clicking the header account icon no longer opens the off canvas section of account links, I know they are not entirely necessary as the links are on the main account page, but I would rather the header account button still behaved the same way, is there a setting to enable that to continue working?

Hello @Ian,

Yes, you can use the following filter by adding it to your child theme’s functions.php file:

add_filter('etheme_account_content_shown_account_pages', '__return_true');
