Site Cant be Reached Error for my Website

Hi Team,When I aa trying to open the website on a Secured Netwok then I am not able to open it,it says that site cant be reached.Can you please help ,as its e-commerce website and should open everywhere,attaching screen shot for refrence

– Full url of page you are checking

Did you follow our recommendations to check with your network administrator and hosting provider to ensure that your domain is not being blocked or hacked? Could you please let us know what response you received from your hosting provider?

Additionally, we advised you to verify that your website’s SSL certificate is properly installed and that there are no server-side restrictions preventing access from certain networks. Could you please provide the current status of your SSL certificate?

Please note that this issue may not be related to the template you are using but is more likely caused by server-related factors. Therefore, we recommend submitting your request to the appropriate support department. Unfortunately, we are unable to suggest further solutions as we have not yet received your responses to our previous questions, which are necessary to identify other possible causes of the issue.
