We’ve created several websites using the XStore theme, and many of them are experiencing the same issue. Out of nowhere, the shop page stops displaying products and appears completely empty.
We found that switching to another theme and then reactivating XStore temporarily fixes the issue, but the solution isn’t permanent. This has been happening across multiple sites built with XStore, so we have to constantly monitor them because we never know when or why it occurs.
All plugins and the theme are fully updated, yet the problem persists.
Could you please help us understand what might be causing this and how we can resolve it permanently? Unfortunately, we can’t leave the site in that state for analysis since it’s live, and having an empty shop page directly affects our sales.
