I have a serious problem with the site. I am trying to set the product display on the store page or category pages to be infinite scrolling with lazy loading. And after I enter the product and go back, it seems to take me back to an internal page. I tried to make some adjustments to fix it and now it doesn’t work at all when I set infinite scrolling.

I currently set it to a list of numbers until you connect to the management interface and check where the problem is coming from

I emphasize. I want the final product to be that in the product archive of the site, products will appear in an infinite scroll with a loading effect and lazy load and that the products will not be numbered on the pages. And that after I go back from a product that I am on its product page, I will return to the position I was in the list of all products and will not reach a numbered page or a partial page of products.

    Hello @shimon,

We have reviewed our previous conversation and found that you had a similar request that was resolved earlier: https://www.8theme.com/topic/some-of-the-titles-and-text-elements-on-the-site-are-displayed-in-the-browsers-default-font/page/3/#post-452082.

Could you please describe what changes were made after it was working correctly? For example, did you modify any content or migrate the shop page from one design to another?

The previous problem has not been resolved. Still, when going back from a product to the archive, you end up on a page with a number of products (like 12 out of 48) and not a page with all the products. In any case, right now nothing is working and the infinite loading just gets stuck. Please log in and check.

    Hello @shimon,

Based on your comments in the previous topic, you confirmed that everything was working correctly at that time (https://gyazo.com/9f8b0d8ef5cdb260f74bb4c106b6f9dc). Therefore, we would like to identify what changes have been made to your website since then (approximately two months ago). This information will help us find a solution to the current issue. If no changes were made but the problem has reappeared, it may indicate an unusual situation or that the tests were conducted differently at that time.

Additionally, we have noticed that your store now uses pagination to navigate between pages, whereas previously it was configured with infinite loading for product display.

Please clarify what modifications have been made since you last tested and confirmed that the issue was resolved.

    Best regards,

Stop avoiding work. I’m explaining to you that it didn’t work properly and I just set the current view because there is a bug, as soon as I set the products to be displayed in infinite scrolling it breaks the site. Instead of responding to my messages, please log in to the site through the administration interface and check for yourself why there is a problem.

Since I sent you this, the shop page on my website has stopped working completely! I don’t understand what’s going on with this template and by the way I haven’t sent you a message for two months because I haven’t had time to deal with this site with all its glitches so I really ask you to take this seriously and help me finish this project because every day I discover a new bug and it’s never ending.

    Hello @Shimon,

Our developers have not logged in to your website during the past few hours. When we recently attempted to log in to investigate the issue, the credentials you provided were found to be incorrect. We kindly ask you to verify the WordPress admin access details and provide us with the correct credentials.

You may also check with your hosting provider for login attempts to confirm that we have not accessed your store. It is possible that someone else has access and made changes, or your made an update of theme and there is some issue, or there may be an issue on your server. We recommend reviewing your server logs for further information.

Listen, this is really not about this behavior, I’ll start over.

I’m not blaming your team for logging in and doing something. I’m simply explaining to you that there is a fundamental problem with the site that I haven’t been able to solve on my own no matter how hard I tried.
Every time I need support, you respond with a significant delay, so I try to solve everything on my own.

I sent you access details 24 hours ago and only after half a day you remember to inform me that they don’t work at all and most of your messages are either absolving me of blame or letting me look for a solution myself I ask you again this is no joke I want to work with you on more sites but I can’t behave like this with my customers who never stop flooding me with serious problems with the template

I ask you to please reconnect with the access details I sent you I reset my password again and checked and they are fine, I tried to solve I am the owner of the store alone and it is only getting more complicated and that is why I paid for support because I need help here

    1. Return the products and archive to the page https://aromaline.co.il/shop/

    2. Arrange for all products to be displayed in an infinite loading form on one page and after going back from the product all products will be displayed in the same way

    3. I have a problem with the translation of the “Sale” label inside the product page This should be in Hebrew and I can’t find any way to change it (attachment Screenshot)

    4. In product archives, the display of categories above the products does not display the main category of the product and this prevents me from defining multiple categories for each product (attaching a screenshot)

I beg you to take care of everything as soon as possible and go through all the settings and everything that is needed to see that everything is really correct and everything is working as it should. I want to finish this site and hand it over to the client already.

    Hello @shimon,

Let’s review each request step by step:

    1. The issue was resolved after we re-saved the permalinks in your WordPress settings. All products are now displayed correctly, so the problem related to product display should be considered fixed.

    2. Please check the results on your end and provide us with a video of your testing.

    3. We discovered that the text in question was added through custom CSS you implemented for the Product Gallery widget in the Single Product Builder within Elementor templates. We have refined this CSS, and the Sale badge is now displayed correctly.

    4. By default, if a product has a primary category set, only that category is shown in the product details. If you would like to display all categories assigned to a product, you can use the PHP snippet described in our reply -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/urgent-shop-page-not-showing-all-assigned-categories-as-per-each-products/#post-441669. We have already added this snippet to your child theme’s functions.php file. Please review your product categories now (https://gyazo.com/07ed76b79879cb35b9b8ce3d9d788fac).

Thank you very much for all the help I really appreciate it. Right now everything seems fine except for part 4 where you may have misunderstood me. I want only the main category to be displayed and not all categories. The problem has been until now that categories that are not the main category have been displayed. I would appreciate it if you could check this.

Another thing. I would prefer that all the products in the store be displayed on one page with infinite scrolling and not like it is now, which is divided into pages and creates problems for us. There is no problem at the moment, but I am afraid that it will appear again later. I would be happy if it were possible to define that all the products would be displayed exactly as now, only on one page and not divided into pages. Then I would also be able to define that on the initial load only 24 products would appear and each time 24 more products would be loaded. And not like it is now, because the division into pages created all the problems for me at the beginning.

    Hello @shimon,

By default, the primary category is displayed in the product details. In the previous solution, we added a custom snippet to display all categories, which has now been removed. Please provide us with the URL and screenshots of the product that currently shows the incorrect category, as the issue is not yet entirely clear to us.

Regarding the number of products displayed per page, this can be configured in Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop → Layout → Products per page (https://prnt.sc/OeW2nweZT81G). As indicated in the description, if you wish to display all products, you can set the value to -1. Please note that displaying too many products may slow down your page loading time.

For example, this product is under the “Hot Products” category and its main category is defined as “Massage Oils.” This is repeated randomly in other products.

    Hello @shimon,

Unfortunately, it is not easy for us to read texts in your language. We kindly suggest checking whether the issue is resolved by setting the primary category as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/hzF2–QZREWC (Product backend → scroll to the XStore Options).

If the issue persists, could you please create an example of such a product using English category names? This will allow us to compare the backend settings with the frontend display.

The problem was not solved and in addition, once again all the products on the store page disappeared without me taking any action. I don’t understand where all these problems come from every time. Regarding displaying categories, I can’t upload categories in English and show them to you. I’ll show you through Google Translate so you can understand that there is a serious problem.

    Hello @shimon,

    1. We have not made any changes that could prevent the shop page from displaying products. We recommend contacting your hosting provider to check for any server-related issues that might be affecting the permalinks, as this matter is not related to our theme template. At this time we resaved the permalinks and problem is fixed for now.

    2. Regarding your question about product categories, we previously asked you (in this reply: https://www.8theme.com/topic/i-have-a-serious-problem-with-the-site-i-am-trying-to-set-the-product-display-on-the-store-page-or/#post-457640) to verify the settings for the primary category in XStore. However, we have not yet received your feedback on the results. Could you please check whether the issue is resolved after setting the primary category in the product backend settings?

I have more than 50 websites on this hosting and this glitch with the store page (and all sorts of other bugs that pop up from time to time) only happens on this site. Regarding number 2. I checked and also showed you in screenshots that it is set to a different main category than what appears in the store. You can log in yourself and check it. Thank you very much for your help.

    Dear @Shimon,

    1. The shop page is now functioning again after we re-saved the permalink settings. Please contact your hosting provider regarding the mod_require configuration to ensure that it remains unchanged.

    2. Please note that the “Make Primary” button originates from the Yoast SEO plugin (https://prnt.sc/P-J4FyB-AhGk) and not from the XStore theme.

For setting the primary category, please refer to the following guide: https://prnt.sc/EjtOFBsNhtv2

    Hi @shimon,

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    Let us know the results.

I have looked into the issue in depth with both my server company and other parties. Everyone points to a problem with the xstore link settings. This has not happened to me on any store site I have built except this one. I set something up using your settings and after a few hours it changes on its own. Please check this out, it is not possible for it to work this way.

And by the way, regarding your previous answer about disabling plugins. You can’t expect me to start searching through all the plugins on the site to find out what’s causing this problem. It’s a feature you’ve integrated into your product and it’s not working properly, and I’m contacting you for support, and after hours of explaining that I’m proving to you that there’s a problem, you end up sending me to find a solution on my own. I’d really appreciate it if you could solve the two problems.

    Hello @shimon,

Since your website is currently live, we are concerned that disabling certain plugins might affect the frontend layout.

Could you please allow us to temporarily switch your website to English and disable some third-party plugins?
Alternatively, if you could create a staging site for testing, that would be greatly appreciated.

You can use the following plugin to create a staging site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/

Another thing, products that are out of stock have a label that is out of stock only in the archive and not on the product page itself – in addition, I would be happy if you would arrange that even if there is no stock for the product, the horizontals and prices will be displayed simply with a label of out of stock, because there are customers who will want to inquire about the product and order by phone, so I do need that to be displayed.
