Products don’t sort on desktop when clicking the menu category

    Hey,

    if I click on the categories on desktop the products don’t change. On mobile it works fine.

    We have noticed that you are currently using an older version of the theme. Could you kindly update it to the latest version? Alternatively, please grant us permission to perform the update on your behalf.

    There is a possibility that the issue you reported has already been resolved in one of the recent updates.

    Also would be nice if you could check for the page speed performance. We lost 50% traffic from seo in the last month and I bet it is because we fail in the core web vitals currently. It is a bit confusing because sometimes we have excellent stats but we still fail most of the time. Maybe it could be theme related? Would be nice if you could check on this.

    We have checked and confirmed that you are using the latest versions; however, the latest patches (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/) were not installed. We have now activated them, and the initial issue should be resolved. Please verify this on your side.

    Regarding your question about performance improvements, could you please ensure that your server configuration is optimized, as we usually recommend this as the first and most important step in the optimization process? Additionally, we noticed that you are using the Rabbit Loader cache plugin, so please make sure it is configured according to the product documentation.
