I’ve got a huge issue with variation and etiquette.
Sometimes variable product goes to simple product (even in administration) and when I go back after some time, it comes back.
It impact our sales.
It didn’t arrives before this new website but we always used variation.
So :
– variation disappear sometimes and appear again
– sometimes it even disappear in administration (but sometimes it’s juste on website)
– it’s a problem for us because when client goes on this product page they only have the little product available.
– also sometimes etiquette product also disappear and it’s a problem because our elementor modele is link to etiquette.
Could you help with this? Is it a cash problem? But if it were, I wouldn’t have the problem in administration?
