Change single page products tabs from accordion to horizontal tabs (following ticket 454382)

Hi,

Even after clearing all the site, CDN and browser cache, we don’t seem to be able to change the product tab setting visibly.

Currently, the website displays the accordion settings (https://imgur.com/VjCWA9r), while the customizer panel has these settings: https://imgur.com/izX9dTN
We’re exploring various layouts and styles for different templates.
Can you please have a look and see what the issue might be?

Also: In other SPP templates, still with the accordion setting active, we’ve selected the (first?) tab opened, but this also doesn’t seem to work…

Hello @Bas Kling,

Since you are using the Elementor page builder to create the single product templates, the settings from the Customizer do not affect the design due to their lower priority. Could you please clarify your request in more detail? We can see that the accordion styles are correctly applied to your products as configured in the Elementor template.

Hello Jack,

Thanks for getting back to me.
I understand that the customizer settings have a lower priority. Maybe I didn’t explain it correctly, my apologies. The screenshot of the control panel is, in fact, an Elementor panel.
The current view is accordion, but we want to change it to horizontally placed tabs. Selecting the simple, horizontal style has no effect. The issue seems to be reversed compared to the earlier submitted ticket 454382

Hello @Bas Kling,

The issue related to the tab design is caused by your customization in the child theme (XStore Control Panel -> System status): https://prnt.sc/yYKMicfhukzx. We kindly suggest reviewing the instructions to ensure that the templates in your child theme are compatible with the latest versions of the corresponding templates in the parent theme. As we checked there are few outofdate templates despite the tabs one.
