  Hi,
  Our website greendeco.com.ar is not working properly — it becomes extremely slow and sometimes unresponsive. After checking the server logs, we found that the issue is caused by Jetpack (included with the theme), which is generating heavy database queries and overloading the CPU.

  Please check how we can disable Jetpack completely or prevent it from running these background processes, since it’s making the website unusable.

  Hello, Cristian,

  Jetpack is not included with the theme (it is often installed automatically by some servers). You may safely deactivate it — this will not affect the theme’s functionality in any way.
