Multiple issues on the theme, products cant click etc.

    Good afternoon, I am writing to you because we have several errors in the template, I detail them all, in the same order that I detail, I have recorded a video where I reproduce them so that they can be seen visually and easily.

    1. The products in the page carousels are not clickable, you have to click repeatedly for the action to take place.

    2. When I make the page responsive, there is a breakpoint in which menu items (Contact) disappear from the menu. I also reproduce it in the video.

    The thumbnails of all the images are blurry, I have tried regenerating them and nothing, only when you enter a product and put the cursor over it, which does an automatic zoom that already shows the image in quality. But if you don’t hover, nothing happens.

    The template due to certain plugins, which we do not identify, since there are several that affect it and are random, the Elementor stops working, the options to add or modify content remain in a permanent loop, I also replicate this bug in the video.

    The last bug is that in the https: version (with SSL) the administration is inaccessible and the administration panel cannot be accessed.

    2. Please increase the PHP post max size to 256MB and the PHP time limit to 3000: https://prnt.sc/MYXwkWit_ZKH.

    3. The “Products” element is deprecated. We have replaced it with the “Product Carousel” element: https://prnt.sc/wRoLHKHZndCu.

    4. Please go to XStore > Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Product Images and adjust the Thumbnail Width: https://prnt.sc/w31253WO3Ut2.

    Hello. Quick Update. I move the domain for his production domain and i noticed some bugg disappears, other not. Im going to write you a new message with the final bugs, for the previous information:

    1. Products carousel doesnt work properly:

    You told me to erase the old products widget because it was deprecated, the new Carousel product have the same issue. the pictures doesnt click propperly i need to reclick like 2-3 times to enter the link.

    SOMETHING with that please.

    3. The resolution still doesnt work well on the products feature image, still with low quality till i put the mouse above

    This bugg still here too:
    We cant edit the page via elementor because the plugin stays in loop for loading the elements. We cant edit nothing. Still doesnt change nothing

    Hello we still wanting a professional solution since the 9 october that we posted the first post. You dont download the video to see the bugs, you dont enter the website to fix the bugs, basically we are waiting for you to fix it and it seems that you are in no hurry and have no commitment to providing a good after-sales service.

    Again. Please enter the site and working on the bugs. and have a fluent communication with us, we are a enterprise and need professional support. We paid for this. we want a friendship relationship with you. Give you a very nice valoration on the market. But you are not working in the way you should. Please we dont really to put a bad review on Envato because we know that is hard for your bussiness, please take us serious we only want to fix the bugs. Thanks.

    1. The carousel movement works, that was not the problem, the problem is the link on the products. I cant link in a propperly way. I need to do like 3 or 4 clicks to finally make the click right in the product. theres a video:

    We have checked your homepage, and it appears to be working properly.

    We also recommend switching your website to HTTPS, as loading over HTTP can sometimes cause issues with Elementor.

    You can see on the image it is on the homepage. All pages that i try to edit i cant do it because everything appears On loading.

    Edit: also we have installed and activated the SSL certificate so all site is on https..

    Using multiple third-party plugins requires a higher WordPress memory limit than usual.

    A limit of 256MB to 512MB should be sufficient.
