Issues with Quantity Discount on Product Page & Sidebar Cart Message

    Dear Xstore Support,

    I’m experiencing two issues on my store and would appreciate your assistance:

    On the product page, when selecting quantities of 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5, a discount is being automatically applied. I do not want any discount to be applied in this way, yet it still happens. This issue only occurs on the product page when using the quantity selector. I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference.

    I would like to display a message in the cart sidebar indicating that the selected products already include VAT (BTW). I’ve attached a screenshot showing the exact location where I’d like this message to appear. Could you please advise how I can add this information?

    Hi,
    I’ve noticed something strange. When I add a product to the cart using the blue button, the price is correct.

    However, if I change the quantity — for example, from 1 to 4 — the unit price changes from €3.50 to €3.24. I haven’t applied any quantity discounts, so I’m not sure why this happens.

    We have noticed that you are using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.

    Could you please clear all caches and check again? It appears that the issue might be related to caching.

    I cleared caches, but I have still discount on products. Please see the screenshot.

    Hello @Pchela1,

    Thank you for clarifying your question. The discount is applied automatically when the quantity changes if the mentioned Sale Booster is active. We recommend disabling it and checking again.

    We have tested the issue on your website, and the discount is not being applied, which suggests that the issue has been resolved. If the problem persists, please provide us with the details so that we can reproduce it on our side.
