Import Demo error on existing Woocommerce site

    Our existing site previously had several different themes installed, and we attempted to install XStore and import its demo. However, after a successful import, the home page and theme settings did not apply at all.

    When we perform the same process on a fresh WordPress installation, it works perfectly. We have even tried using WP Reset on the existing site, but the issue persists, despite disabling all plugins and deleting all other themes.

    Are there xml version of demo that can be download?

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    We have noticed that you are using a pirated version of the theme.

    Please remove all existing files and then install a fresh copy of the theme from the official archive available on Envato (Themeforest).

    The version you currently have may contain modified code inserted by unauthorized sources, which could include backdoors or cause unpredictable issues.

    For your security and to ensure proper functionality, we strongly recommend deleting everything and reinstalling the official version from scratch.

    How did that happen? Please see our details for the purchase.

    The theme I downloaded from Envato Themeforest. Does this happen, if the theme is installed on two different sites? How do we enter our license number?

    We can confirm that you have purchased a valid license. Regarding the issue with the pirated archive installed on your site, we do not have specific information on how this occurred. However, in most cases, this happens when a developer or the site owner initially downloads and installs an unofficial archive from the internet before purchasing the official license.

    Because a pirated archive was installed, there is a high probability that your site may contain backdoors, viruses, or other malicious code. This can cause various issues unrelated to the theme itself, and we cannot take responsibility for such problems.

    Please first remove all existing files and clean your site thoroughly to ensure there are no viruses or infected files left. After that, download the official archive and license code directly from your Envato ThemeForest account and activate the theme using those files.

    Please note that, according to Envato’s policy, one license can be used for one live website and one staging website only. If you have more than one live website, you will need a separate license for each.

    we have removed all the plugin, can you please check why it doesn’t import properly for the demo.

Please note that we are not responsible for the rest of the plugins on your website, whether they are legitimate or not, as this is beyond the scope of our support. Please ensure that you have installed the official XStore theme and core plugin downloaded directly from your ThemeForest account and that the theme is activated using your valid purchase code.

    Once this is confirmed, please try to import the demo again. If the issue still persists, kindly provide us with temporary WordPress admin access (via the private area) so that we can check the problem in detail and assist you further.

    Hello, slp09,

    The main issue was caused by a conflict between the test options and the Elementor plugin element (Ongoing Experiments). Additionally, all custom Elementor widgets were disabled, possibly by an optimization plugin.
