    Hello,

I have recently cloned my website from luxmundi.ro to edituraluxmundi.ro (the target domain was empty before migration). Most of the content and settings seem to be working fine, but the fonts were not copied correctly during the process.

Could you please advise where exactly I can configure/reset the fonts in order to match the original site? My plan is to keep the new installation on edituraluxmundi.ro and later remove the old one.

Thank you in advance for your support!

    Best regards,
    Oana

    Hello, NxtArt_ro,

This depends on the method used to add the fonts to your website. If you uploaded custom fonts through the theme, please try re-uploading them. If the fonts were added via Elementor elements, simply clear the cache. In case you are using Google Fonts, please ensure that there are no whitelists set on the server, and verify that the file system method is set to “direct” and that the “uploads” folder has the correct write permissions (777).

The site was created using one of the Xstore Demo templates – Books.
I did not import fonts or uploaded from any other location. I did not modify any of the fonts that came with Books demo template.

We have noticed that the fonts required to be loaded through Elementor are missing on your new website. To resolve this issue, please try clearing the Elementor cache (details can be found in the attached screenshot). If the fonts are still not displayed after this step, it is most likely due to insufficient access permissions for the “uploads” folder, which prevents Elementor from loading the necessary files.

I had already done what you suggested, but this was not the fix.

Meanwhile, I have solved the problem, as the URL’s needed to be updated.

    Thank you.
