The products use different templates, even though there is only one predefined one.

    Good morning!
While reviewing the website to put the finishing touches and begin mass uploading products, I noticed that not all of the products are using the default template. I thought it might be a coincidence because the template changes for products with videos: https://toyah.es/product/toyah-catch-the-wave/ or https://toyah.es/product/sudadera-gris-toyah/, but even after deleting it (I tested it at https://toyah.es/product/sudadera-gris-toyah/), it doesn’t use the default template (https://toyah.es/product/sudadera-gris-toyah-infantil/).

I don’t know if this is related to all of this. Products with many photos in their gallery experience an overflow (https://toyah.es/product/toyah-moui-sunset/).

I’ve attached a PDF with screenshots.

    Thank you so much!

    Hello @molo,

If you meant that only some products display a “Related Products” section, this indicates that those specific products have related items configured. The widget you added (https://prnt.sc/9NI9ZR0YRBG-) is displaying the content correctly for those products, while for others there is simply no related content available to show. All other content is loading properly across all products.

Additionally, we have resolved the gallery overlay issue using the snippet provided in the following reply: https://www.8theme.com/topic/i-changed-the-page-background-but-the-change-didnt-sync-is-there-any-problem/#post-444647

    Best regards,

Good morning! Thanks for fixing the image overlap issue. I’ve checked it and it looks great now!

Regarding the other issue, using the single product template, I don’t know if it’s fixed itself, but I can see that all the products are using the same template now 🙂

    Thanks!
