Product Page Not Displaying for Amazon Imported Products

    Hi XTheme Support,

    We are using XStore with WooCommerce and recently installed the WooCommerce Amazon Importer Pro plugin to import Amazon products into our store. The products successfully import and display in the shop/archive pages, but when we click to view a single product page, it shows a blank page (or “Site Under Maintenance” message).

    Could you please confirm:

    Does XStore Single Product Builder support External/Affiliate products and custom product types created by plugins like WooCommerce Amazon Importer Pro?

    If so, what is the correct way to configure the Single Product Builder to display the imported product details and Buy button?

    If not, do you recommend using a default template or creating a custom Elementor template for these product types?

    This issue is critical for us as we are planning to scale product imports from Amazon. Any guidance would be appreciated.

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
