The mobile responsive site does not show the sale item

Hi there,

I have the GROW Hair Serum on sale – buy 2x 100ml and get a free 50ml. This sale is pulling through on the desktop but does not pull through when I access the website via mobile.
Also, the sale label does not show on this specific sale item.

Please assist.

Hello @Buhle,

Could you kindly provide us with a video demonstration showing how it works on a desktop device? At the moment, we are unable to see any free gifts appearing on your Cart page after adding such a product.

We have checked the functionality on a mobile device and observed the same actions and products as on the desktop version. Please refer to the video provided in the private content for details.

We kindly suggest reaching out to the developers or the support team of the plugin you are using. They may be able to implement improvements that allow adding a gift product, as they can utilize specific hooks/filters that differ from the default theme and other themes.

Could you please let us know which plugin you are using for this implementation?
