WordPress web site not appear, After update

    In My website already have WordPress 6.8.2 version. Then many times,the site does not appear. Then I log in admin account. I can see Reinstall WordPress 6.8.2 version.
    I already reinstalled this version several times. So i want to know , Do you have any idea why this is happening? and how i fix this issue

    I added images to get an idea.

    Please enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction and what needs to be fixed.

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    I attached Username , and pwd . but i have no idea how to get FTP access. The Site develop to real customer.

    Okay, I already send the Screenshot. I send again.
    (The Site does Not Appear). Can u check please. I already send the admin user credentials previous msg

    We have tested your website using different browsers and devices and it is displaying correctly on our side. Could you kindly try accessing it from another device, or enable a VPN extension in your browser and check again? Also, we suggest you to contact to your hosting provider to check if there are no restrictions active on your server to load the web-site.
