Is it possible to edit the design of all templates at once, rather than having to edit individually one by one? for example if I just want to change only the logo on it?

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team
I don’t really understand why you are asking for the admin access in every query, this is a simple question, which is related to the XStore. Please see attached screenshot, these are the email templates that I am talking about. The question is: do I have to edit them each individually or there is a option to create a template and then apply it to all the emails?
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We appreciate your question and understand your concern. Regarding the email templates shown in your screenshot, each template is designed to serve a specific purpose and is managed individually. At this time, there is no built-in option within XStore to create a single template and apply it automatically to all email types.
However, if you are looking to apply a consistent design or structure across all email templates, you would need to manually edit each one to include the desired elements. This approach ensures that each email maintains its specific content while reflecting your preferred style.
We request admin access in some cases to better understand the configuration and provide accurate assistance, especially when the issue may be related to customizations or plugin conflicts. In this case, since your question is general, admin access is not required.
You can import/export every email template to start from a template and not from scratch while trying to create the new template https://prnt.sc/2201rbe
