Urgent: Xstore Live Copy Feature Not Working for my site

Dear 8Themes Support,

We recently purchased the XStore theme and are building our WooCommerce store. However, we’ve encountered an issue with the “Live Copy” feature: copying widgets from your library and pasting them via the live paste option doesn’t work as expected.

We kindly request your prompt attention to this matter. Please advise on the next troubleshooting steps and ensure the Live Copy feature functions correctly.

Hello, Alex Carter,

The Live copy tool doesn’t work that way on my website. I’ve been looking for a solution, but I can’t find one. From your explanations here, I didn’t understand which tools exactly need to be enabled in the Elementor settings. I looked at your link https://fex.net/s/kpkvvts and it says the link doesn’t exist.

Hello, Ayan,

Thanks. I downloaded the files. This format makes it difficult to use the tools. The Live Copy tool would be very convenient, and I don’t understand why it doesn’t work as it should. This is extremely frustrating.

Hi there, where do you find the manual import feature? We have purchased a new license for Xstore and have tried importing multiple demo themes – all are failing. Is there an alternative way to import demo content?
