Problema visualizzazione codice sconto in pagina checkout

avevo effettuato l’aggiunta del codice sconto personalizzato in pagina checkout del sitoweb ma oggi si è levato non riesco a capire il perche. Ha sempre funzionato ma oggi invece non lo visualizzo piu. Allego una foto, la striscia rossa è dove manca il banner. Nello storico chat si trova la richiesta del codice sconto richiesta con tutti i codici da voi forniti con la quale mi sono sempre trovato bene fino oggi che è sparito

no, non risulta corretto in quanto nello spazio ci deve essere la possibilità di inserire il codice sconto.. cosi non si può applicare il codice sconto nella pagina checkout;

la frase (Inserisci il codice qui e clicca su “Applica” per validare l’offerta) deve essere dentro il banner per poter inserire il codice sconto effettivamente. Il coupon deve essere inserito dentro quello spazio e il tasto (APPLICA IL CODICE PROMOZIONALE) deve effettivamente applicare il codice sconto.

Ti invio una foto magari per capire meglio

mi raccomando, il “banner” o “spazio per coupon” o qualsiasi cosa esso sia deve effettivamente dare la possibilità di inserire il codice sconto, inoltre il testo “applica il codice promozionale” deve effettivamente far validare l’offerta

We have noticed that the layout of the checkout page has recently changed. Could you please confirm whether the checkout page has been switched to the block editor?

If so, we kindly request that you revert it back to the Elementor builder. This will allow us to thoroughly review and verify the checkout form to ensure everything is functioning correctly.

We kindly ask you to check the issue again at your earliest convenience.

It appears that a third-party plugin may have been causing the coupon field to be hidden.
Please refer to the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/WHyirP_Vhby0

To resolve this, we have added a custom CSS fix, and everything should now be functioning correctly.
