1/ We kindly recommend updating your theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ to their latest versions. After completing the updates, please clear your website cache and browser cache, then check if Elementor is functioning properly.

In the Single Product Builder, you can find the relevant setting here: https://prnt.sc/Cv00S1opWCGq. Additionally, we noticed that a custom width had previously been set for the product images: https://prnt.sc/lwDmW_IOTlT4, which may have caused the image section to appear cropped.

Hi, my site is down for 1 month due to Elementor critical error + patcher not working + image cropping.
This is business-critical – please assign a senior expert to fix directly. If not resolved today, I’ll take this issue public on social media.

In our earlier reply, we implemented a fix and kindly asked you to verify the results. From our side, we are unable to replicate the issue now. If you are testing on the same device, we recommend checking the site using a different device or an incognito browser session.
