Category page no more showing filter on mobile

We have not customised our theme configurations for months. For years we havent faced any issue of product filter as it was showing on all devices. But its strange that the category pages are showing the product filters only on laptops. That was the main reason that our sales are dropped. Unfortunately discovered it too late. Need your quick assistance to solve this issue.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
