Everypage that I load on a mobile device just shows the rotating icon that the page is loading (you can see the page behind it) and the icon keeps rotating until the user taps the screen or scrolls. Is there a way to stop this loading icon and have the page complete its loading before the user hits the screen? If the user doesnt scroll, it just keep rotating like its stuck but if you touch the screen then the page completes its loading. Help pls

    Dear @Adam,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Based on the description you provided, it appears that a caching plugin is currently active on your website, and the delay of JavaScript scripts has been enabled in its settings. We kindly recommend temporarily disabling the caching plugin to determine whether the issue persists.

If the problem is resolved after deactivating the plugin, we suggest reviewing the plugin’s configuration—particularly any settings related to script delay or options such as “Load assets on user interaction.” These settings typically prevent scripts from loading until the user interacts with the page (e.g., by scrolling or clicking).

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Best regards,
