    Hi 8theme team,

I’m using the latest official XStore theme + Core plugin (matching versions). When the XStore Core plugin is active, Elementor template code (elementor-templates-modal__header…) shows as raw HTML on the frontend, especially on mobile.

When I deactivate XStore Core, the issue disappears, but then the theme header doesn’t load.

    I have already tried:
    – Cleared XStore Theme Cache
    – Regenerated Elementor CSS & Data + Synced Library
    – Disabled all Speed Optimization options in XStore
    – Reinstalled both XStore Core and the theme
    – Updated PHP to 8.1 with proper limits (memory 512M, input_vars 5000, execution time 300)

    The issue still persists.

👉 Please assist — this needs urgent fixing for a client project.

**Attachments:** screenshots of the frontend with Core OFF (no bug, header missing) vs Core ON (header shows but raw Elementor code appears).

The menu doesn’t appear at all on mobile devices even though all settings on header is set to show on mobile

**ThemeForest purchase code:** [already filled above]

I have created a temporary WP admin login for you. Credentials are added in the Private Content area below. FTP access can be provided if needed.

    Thank you!

    Dear @Cornel,

    Thank you for reaching out.

The issue you described appears to be caused by custom CSS that was manually added, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ojY4maEs9wWm. Since this issue does not originate from our theme, we kindly recommend reviewing all the custom styles you have implemented. For testing purposes, you may also consider temporarily removing them.

You can find the custom CSS under:
Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → General CSS.

Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
