Product images, thumbnails, and gallery not visible on product page

On the product pages, neither the main product image nor the thumbnails/gallery are being displayed. This issue occurs on all products (or specific products if applicable).
Steps to reproduce:
Go to a product page in the webshop.
The main product image and thumbnails/gallery should be visible.
However, no images are shown.
Expected behavior:
The main product image as well as the thumbnails/gallery should display correctly on the product page.

We have checked the random product page both on desktop and mobile devices, but we did not notice any issues on our end. It is possible that the problem you are experiencing is related to your browser’s cache. We kindly recommend clearing your browser cache and checking the page again.

Could you please let us know which browser you are currently using? Additionally, we suggest testing the page using different devices and browsers to see if the issue persists. Once you have done so, please share the results with us so we can assist you further.

I’ve tried on safari (ios)
And now on chrome (ios) and I have the same issue.

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

We have not encountered this issue on your product pages so far. Could you kindly clarify the problem and provide us with the URL of the specific product page where you are experiencing the issue?

Additionally, we recommend checking the page from a different device to see if the problem persists.

Hi Jack,

I think I see why you can’t replicate the issue. The images are not visible when logged out. I’ve published the site.
The images are also not visible on desktop.

Hello @luc,

We hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly check your website now? It appears that both the Elementor Pro and PRO Elements plugins were installed simultaneously, which may have caused conflicts and errors on your site.

To resolve this issue, we have removed the free PRO Elements plugin, as you already have the paid version of Elementor Pro active, which offers more features and benefits.

After making this adjustment, we tested the site in an incognito browser and can confirm that the product images are now displaying correctly on our end.

Please let us know if everything is working as expected on your side.
