If you go to the site and search for something like reindeer and then at the bottom of the search results page click on page 2, the URL changes, but it leaves you at the bottom of page 2 of the results and doesn’t take you back to the top like it should.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello @timechristmas,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We have reviewed the search results page and the pagination request on your website. It appears that you are using a custom plugin that loads products via AJAX. Due to the way this plugin functions, the scroll-to-top feature is not working as expected.

We kindly suggest deactivating the plugin temporarily to see if the issue persists. Alternatively, you may want to consult the plugin’s documentation for further guidance.

Please note that this issue is not related to our theme.

Should you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
