Could you kindly resave any of the existing slides? This action will help to clear the cache, as the system retains cached versions of new slides during any slide creation or editing process. Once you’ve done that, please check to see if the issue persists.

If the problem remains, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with the correct wp-admin access credentials so that we can further investigate and assist you in finding a solution.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Thank you for providing the necessary details, which helped us identify the root cause of the issue.

Upon investigation, we found that a file was inadvertently omitted from the previously released patch, which led to the problem with the slides list and caching. We sincerely apologize for this oversight.

To address the issue promptly, we have applied a temporary fix directly to your staging website at the following path:
plugins/et-core-plugin/app/classes/elementor.php

Please note that this fix will also be included in our upcoming update, which is scheduled for release within the next few days.

In the meantime, you should now be able to configure the slides on your pages as expected. For your reference, please see the following screenshot:

If you are using the Single Product layout built with the Elementor page builder, we kindly suggest checking the settings of the Product Images widget. There, you will find the lightbox option, which allows you to configure the desired action when an image is clicked.

Should you require further assistance with the configuration, please provide us with the correct login credentials to your website, as the ones previously shared appear to be no longer valid.
