Hi, we have a problem. When you add product X to the cart, then remove it and add a different product – product Y. However, when you later visit the cart page: https://sklep.plantis.app/koszyk/, the previously removed product X is still displayed, even though only product Y should be there.

Importantly, I think this is just a visual bug. Refreshing a site dont help, but when you click, for example, to change the delivery method or proceed to checkout, the cart refreshes correctly and displays product Y as it should.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello @Kamil,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing your website, we noticed that you are currently using the WooCommerce Gutenberg Cart block on your cart page (please refer to the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/OLRFGnZKMDRa). Kindly note that this particular widget is not developed by our theme.

To further investigate the issue, we recommend testing it with a default WordPress theme such as Storefront. This will help determine whether the issue is theme-related.

As a potential solution, you may consider one of the following options:

    – Activate the Storefront theme temporarily and check if the issue persists.
    – Recreate the Cart page using the default WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_cart].
    – Alternatively, you can utilize our built-in functionality to create the Cart page using the Elementor page builder. For detailed guidance, please refer to our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-cart-page-builder-with-elementor/.

Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

When I click Cart page builder in the dashboard, Elementor starts loading but then stops working.

    Hello @Kamil,

If you would like to edit the content of the Cart page using the Elementor Page Builder, please follow these steps:

    1. Access the page editor from the backend by navigating to the following link: https://prnt.sc/aXFIXry_7lgR.
    2. Once there, open the page using the Elementor editor: https://prnt.sc/hmVo7tSjito1.

You can then create and customize the content according to your requirements using either the Cart Page / Cart Separated widget or the default shortcode as previously described. Please ensure that any existing content created with Gutenberg is removed beforehand.

Should you need further assistance, feel free to reach out.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

Thank you. For now, I changed the card and it’s based on Elementor, and I think it’s working. We will have some tests, and if any problems appear, I will text you.
