Xstore Builder product archive not working

when i am trying yo add product archive prebuilt templates it is just importing half the template and not importing product archive

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Kindly try importing the required template again. The issue was caused by certain widgets being deactivated in the Elements Manager (https://elementor.com/help/element-manager/). We force activated all widgets for correct import process.
