    Dear Support Team,

I’m experiencing a technical issue with the “Request a Quote” feature on my website. The section appears to be completely unresponsive or stacked, and I’m unable to access or edit it properly from the backend.

All other features and sections are working correctly — this issue seems to affect only the “Request a Quote” module. I’ve tried refreshing, clearing cache, and checking from different browsers/devices, but the issue persists.

Please assist in resolving this as soon as possible, as it’s crucial for my customer interactions.

Looking forward to your prompt support.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please provide temporary FTP access?

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello @velvate,

We hope this message finds you well.

Kindly check the issue again at your convenience. The problem was caused by the custom CSS that was added to the textarea, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/rOmBTKSNcnCc. Please note that only shortcodes or HTML content are supported in that field.

As a workaround, you may also consider zooming out your browser window to better configure the settings. You can find instructions on how to do this here: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/96810?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop.

Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
