Issues with creating a new navigation menu

Hello XStore Support Team,

I’m having ongoing trouble with menus not appearing in the dropdown selector for the navigation/header element in the XStore Header Builder. Here’s what’s happening:

I create and save new menus in WordPress under Appearance > Menus (with at least one link).

The menus never appear as an option in the XStore Header Builder (nor do test menus with simple names, e.g. “Menu2”), even after refreshing and clearing cache.

I see the message: “Your theme does not natively support menus, but you can use them in sidebars by adding a Navigation Menu widget” in Appearance > Menus.

I’ve tried creating new menus, assigning menu locations, updating the theme and XStore Core plugin, clearing all cache, and disabling extra plugins.

The problem persists with all headers (even new ones) and all menus.

I have not switched themes, and everything else works as expected.

1/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

2/ To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.

I need to make a navigation menu for the terms & conditions, and other similar pages that will be listed in the footer. I have the menu created, but when i go to add nav menu in elementor, it doesnt show me my new menu. Even though the menu is published. You will see multiple menus that i have made, none of them show up.

Never mind. Just tried it out, they showed up. No idea what took it so long, its been almost 2 days.
