Variable Product Doesn’t Switch to New Image/Price When Clicking on Attribute

Hello,

On my Variable products, after a selection change on a variable, the image would slide back to the cooresponding variable, and the price and stock would update. That is not happening now. It is not my caching plugin, as it doesn’t work when it is disabled.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Hello, Chris,

Thank you for providing access. The issue appears to be caused by the CompressX plugin, which replaces the default image tags with its own. As a result, WooCommerce scripts do not function correctly.

We have temporarily disabled the mentioned plugin. Kindly check the website and let us know if everything is working as expected.
