    Dear @Goostaf,

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Thank you!

    Dear @Goostaf,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We kindly ask you to comment out the following line in the functions.php file located in your child theme:

    add_action('woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item', 'custom_text_in_category');

    The reason for this request is that the function custom_text_in_category is not defined, which is resulting in a PHP fatal error. According to the error log, the system is unable to locate the specified callback function, leading to a critical issue:

    2025-07-28T15:48:10+00:00
    Critical Uncaught TypeError: call_user_func_array(): Argument #1 ($callback) must be a valid callback, function "custom_text_in_category" not found or invalid function name in /var/www/meshar_ru_usr/data/www/meshar.ru/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php:324

    To prevent further errors and ensure the smooth operation of your website, we recommend commenting out or removing the line until the function is properly defined.

    Should you need any assistance or further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
