Issue setting up product page for custom design order

Hi, I tried setting up a product page where I can take orders for custom design. I tried doing the same way when I created my product pages but can’t seem to do it.

Please see the screenshot.

The product page should have a Size field/button where user can select sizes – M, L, XL, XXL etc.

It should have a Print Area field/button where user can select where they need the prin – Front, Back & Front & Back.

Plus Add To Cart and Buy Now Button as well as Social Sharing buttons below.

The Product Title is also not showing up.

Please help me set up this page.

We have disabled the header overlay option; however, this did not resolve the issue with the product title. In order to investigate the matter further, we kindly ask you to provide us with FTP access.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
