    Hello,

    Can we completely disable the “number of stars and reviews” field under the product title on our website, as well as the “reviews tab” below it?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Warm Regards,

    Will you make any changes to the site when we grant you admin access? Will there be any visible changes, etc.?

    Because when we previously granted you access, you made changes that were reflected in the publication without our approval. Or can I give you access to a copy of the site on a subdomain?

    Hello @Recep,

    If you prefer not to provide access, you may manually add the following custom CSS by navigating to Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS:

    .product-content .woocommerce-product-rating {
        display: none;
    }

    This will hide the product reviews section on single product pages.

    Thank you so much.

    So how do we close the second area I mentioned?

    hello,

    Yes, it was correctly disabled under WooCommerce. However, I get the following error: When I disable reviews, the description text in the description/product description field disappears.

    What might be causing this? Is this an error in your demo?

    Hello,
    Since we’re integrating external comments on our website, we’ve disabled them with a CSS solution for now, so you can’t see them.

    However, you can see the error on our test site in the subdomain I’ve attached. When you disable comments in the WooCommerce settings, the text in the product description disappears completely. (For all products.)

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello @Recep,

    You may use the following CSS code snippet to ensure that the tab content is displayed when there is only one section available. Please add this code under Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS:

    .wc-tabs + .tab-content:last-child {
        display: block;
    }

    If the main request of this topic is solved you can mark this topic as solved. Thanks for understanding.
