Hi XStore support team,
I’m encountering an issue with the product category filter on my shop page.
I’ve added new products and assigned them to categories in the WordPress admin. However, on the frontend, the product counts are not updating in the filter widget, even after clearing the cache and regenerating the product lookup tables.
Here’s what I’ve tried:
– Assigned products to categories and ensured they are published
– Regenerated WooCommerce product lookup tables
– Cleared all caches (plugin + browser)
– Checked the widget settings (show count is enabled, hide empty categories is disabled)
– Enabled the custom product archive layout and verified the sidebar setup
Despite all of this, the frontend filter still doesn’t reflect the updated product counts and title of categories.
Could you please advise on how to fix this issue or let me know if it’s a known bug?
