The site shouldn’t display prices to anyone who isn’t registered and approved, but Google does display prices in search results. We’ve also added the code to the header, but it doesn’t work.

Hello @montse,
I hope this message finds you well.
We kindly ask if you could provide a detailed explanation of how you implemented the functionality to hide prices for non-logged-in customers. Additionally, if possible, please share some screenshots or a short video to help us better understand the issue from a visual perspective.
Upon reviewing your setup, we noticed that the Catalog Mode has not been activated. This suggests that you may have applied customizations within your child theme or some configuration in Google merchant account. In this case, we would like to inquire further about the custom code you have implemented.
As a troubleshooting step, we recommend temporarily disabling your custom code related to hiding prices and instead enabling the Catalog Mode with your preferred configuration. This will help determine whether the issue lies within the custom implementation or the theme’s built-in functionality.
Should you encounter any issues while using our Catalog Mode option, please let us know, and we will be happy to investigate further on your behalf.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
The problem is Google indexing, because with this plugin you can’t actually see the site’s prices, but perhaps there is something in the template that allows Google to index these prices, you can test it yourself with the product catalog activated.
Hello @montse,
We hope this message finds you well.
The product prices are not visible when browsing your website in incognito mode. Upon checking, we found that the built-in “Catalog Mode” functionality is currently disabled. This suggests that either a third-party plugin or custom modifications may be responsible for hiding the prices.
Could you please let us know which plugin you are using to achieve this functionality?
Additionally, to ensure that product information is properly updated in google searches, we recommend reindexing your website using Google Search Console or similar tools.
Please note that our support is limited to features and functionalities provided by our own themes and plugins. If the issue is related to a third-party plugin, we kindly suggest reaching out to the respective plugin’s support team for further assistance.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,

Now the site has another problem, when you consult from your mobile phone some categories that also have the description the title of the category appears even when you scroll down the page this error does not appear in the categories that do not have descriptions and we are unable to resolve it
Hi @montse,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please edit the Product Archive Builder template and remove the sticky option for the term description on mobile devices. This should resolve the issue where the category title remains visible when scrolling on mobile for categories that include descriptions.
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
