Hi,
The theme I imported keeps getting stuck at 40%, it’s been going on for the better part of an hour, please help me out, thanks.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Hi,
I can provide the wp-admin admin, but I’m not quite sure which are the FTP accesses.
Also, I tried to re-import, and I don’t seem to have any problems opening the URLs. But the end of the import shows the following, is this some kind of problem that exists?

“Minimal Fashion 2 Demo Installed! However, We’ve Encountered Some Errors.

media not installed 🙁

The most common errors occur due to low server requirements. We strongly recommend that you contact your hosting provider to verify and adjust the necessary server settings.”

Hello,

We appreciate your prompt response.

Sometimes when you import demo with a great number of the images the server timeout is not enough to import all the media that demo has and this error occurred. You can choose the demo import again (XStore > Import demos) and at the demo content installation step don’t check all https://prnt.sc/f_kmRTELH21o
