Template Issues: Footer Overlap, and Responsiveness Problems

    Hello,

    I’m experiencing several issues with the template on my website. Below is a detailed description of the problems I’ve encountered:
    1. Mobile version – footer overlapping content: When accessing the shop or any of the categories from the menu on a mobile device and scrolling down, the footer appears over the products. This prevents users from seeing the last items or clicking on the “View more” button. It feels like there’s an invisible layer blocking access to that section.
    2. Menu not fully responsive on tablets: On tablet devices, both in portrait and landscape mode, the menu does not adapt properly and shows visual and usability issues.

    I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving these issues as soon as possible.

    We have reviewed the issue you reported and would like to inform you that no recent changes have been made on our end that could have caused this behavior. It appears that the latest version of Elementor (3.30) may include updates to their styling, which could potentially affect the display of certain widgets and one of such widgets is Archive products (maybe it is related to some structure you are using but we don’t inspect such details).

    At this time, we have identified a solution by setting the Archive Products widget to full width, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/J4cOZrTVHhuS. This adjustment does not impact the desktop layout but effectively resolves the issue on mobile devices, as demonstrated here: https://gyazo.com/89e5abd110cfe99ddf283848eed4828b.

    We have applied the full-width adjustment to the Archive Products widget across all categories, and we can confirm that the issue has been completely resolved, both on mobile and desktop devices.
