  A few times I have been making very minor changes to the home page but then get server error (500 error) when publishing. It is a dead loop.

  I ran some WP Optimise cleanups and it seemed to work previously but this time its not working at all and I am unable to make an update. On latest version of everything.

  Solved by increasing PHP memory
