Login data in the off-canvas menu on the start page is not forwarded directly

    Hello support team,
    my problem is that the login data in the off-canvas menu on the start page is not forwarded directly, i.e. you are not logged in, but redirected to the my-account page, where you have to enter the login data again. The same applies to registration. Can you please help me how to fix the problem?

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Dear Jack Richardson,

    Thank you for your message and for adding the issue to your review list.

    In the meantime, I wanted to let you know that registration from the OffCanvas element is now working, and login technically works as well — however, the button text still shows “Anmelden” (Log in) even after a successful login. When navigating to the my-account page, the user is clearly logged in, so the issue seems to be just with the button label.
    Would it be possible to solve this remaining issue after all?

    If not, could you please assist me with an alternative solution? For example:
    Instead of using the OffCanvas or dropdown login, could clicking on “Anmelden” (Log in) simply redirect users to the my-account page?
    Also, is it possible to change the button label from “Anmelden” (Log in) to “Mein Konto” (My Account) when the user is logged in?

    Thank you for your message.

    I just wanted to clarify that I did not remove your widget completely, but only hid it temporarily while trying to find an alternative solution. As the widget does not work properly with the current theme setup, I tried to do a workaround.

    With your solution, I will reactivate the widget — but not using the off-canvas option for now. I’m very grateful for your ongoing support, and as soon as there is a proper solution to the off-canvas issue, I would appreciate it if you could let me know so I can switch back to using it.
