I managed to solve the previous problem but I have another one. After selecting a category on the store page, the thumbnails of the product photos do not load.

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

Please update the XStore Core plugin.
To manually force an update check, please follow these steps:
1. Go to Dashboard > Updates
2. Click the “Check Again” button
3. Locate the XStore Core in the list
4. Select the plugin and click the “Update” button
If the issue persists after following these steps, download the Core plugin archive (The Core plugin file is typically included in the full theme package available on ThemeForest. Please ensure that you have downloaded the complete package from your ThemeForest account and then watch this video: https://fex.net/s/ee1mxc5 )
Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose downloaded plugin > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded”.
Then, clear all caches and check the result of updates.
