Outdated WooCommerce Templates & Recurring Patches in XStore Patcher

    Hello XStore Support Team,

    I hope you’re doing well.

    I’m currently using the latest version of the XStore theme (v9.4.14) along with the child theme “XStore Cards,” and I’ve encountered two issues that I need your assistance with:

    1. Outdated WooCommerce Templates:
    After updating WooCommerce, I noticed that several template files within the XStore theme are outdated and may be causing compatibility issues. Since I don’t want to risk breaking any customizations, I haven’t updated them manually.

    Some of the affected files include:

    loop-result-count.php (Current: 9.4.0, Core: 9.9.0)

    form-login.php (Current: 9.7.0, Core: 9.9.0)

    related.php (Current: 9.6.0, Core: 9.8.0)

    You can find the full list of overridden and outdated templates in the attached screenshot.
    Could you please provide updated versions of the affected files or assist in updating them to ensure compatibility with the latest WooCommerce version?

    2. Recurring Patches in XStore Patcher:
    In the “XStore Patcher” section, I keep seeing the same two patches (#94142586 and #94147513). While I can successfully apply them, they reappear after a few hours as if they were never applied.

    The XStore Core plugin is fully up to date, and I’ve cleared both the site and CDN cache multiple times — but the issue persists. I’ve also attached a screenshot of the Control Panel for reference.

    It seems like the patch changes are either not being saved properly or are being overwritten by the system.

    I would really appreciate it if you could look into both of these issues so that my shop remains stable and fully compatible.

    1/ We kindly recommend waiting for the upcoming theme update. It will be released shortly, and during this period, outdated files should not cause any issues.

    2/ In case the patches indicate they have been applied but the “Apply” button becomes active again, kindly follow the solution provided in this topic: https://www.8theme.com/topic/white-screen-when-update-elementor-and-elementor-pro-nd-dont-apply-patch/#post-415211

    Hello XStore Support Team,

    I have followed the instructions provided in your linked forum post, but unfortunately, the patches (#94142586 and #94147513) still cannot be applied properly. While they initially appear to be successfully applied, the “Apply” buttons reappear after a short time as if nothing was done.

    We kindly ask you to take a closer look at this issue and let us know how we can resolve it permanently.

    In addition, we’ve noticed that even newly released patches are not being applied correctly. At the moment, there are already six patches listed in the Patcher tool, all showing the same problem.

    We have also tried multiple troubleshooting steps on our own, but none of them have solved the issue so far.
