I’m experiencing a critical issue with my website using the XStore theme.
Product is successfully import to the dashboard from aliexpress but can’t view it from the website.

I’m experiencing a critical issue with my website using the XStore theme.
Product is successfully import to the dashboard from aliexpress but can’t view it from the website.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

I give up on Alidropship plugin and remove it. After that there are some icons on the website. please remove those.

I got notification from your theme that update XStore Core plugin v.5.5 this plugin. But its on the list.( refer the attachment)

May we kindly ask if you are using a caching plugin? If so, please try temporarily disabling it or clearing the cache, and then check if the update becomes available.
To manually force an update check, please follow these steps:
1. Go to Dashboard > Updates
2. Click the “Check Again” button
3. Locate the XStore Core in the list
4. Select the plugin and click the “Update” button
If the issue persists after following these steps, download the Core plugin archive (The Core plugin file is typically included in the full theme package available on ThemeForest. Please ensure that you have downloaded the complete package from your ThemeForest account and then watch this video: https://fex.net/s/ee1mxc5 )
Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose downloaded plugin > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded”.
Then, clear all caches and check the result of updates.

After I gave u admin access and FTP account access for fix errors that comes from Alidrop plugin Home page got messed up.
Now I remove Alidrop plugin because we face so many errors with your theme.
Now this messed up home page still appears(refer the attachment)
Can u fix it?
