    Hello,

    Your WordPress/WooCommerce site is showing the following error:

    “One or more tables required for WooCommerce to function are missing, some features may not work as expected.”

    Steps to Diagnose and Fix:
    1. Check WooCommerce Installation
    Make sure WooCommerce is fully and correctly installed:
    Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins
    Deactivate and then reactivate WooCommerce
    This often re-triggers the database setup process

    2. Manually Trigger Database Table Creation
    Use this method only if the tables are not created automatically:
    Backup your database first!
    Then go to:
    WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Create default WooCommerce pages
    and
    WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Update database
    3. Contact support of Woocommerce plugin directly – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Warm Regards,

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out and for providing detailed information regarding the performance issues on your website.

    We are currently working on a new version of the theme, which will include the improvements you have requested. Please download the theme and core plugin archive from the link provided in the private content section.

    We kindly ask you to test them, but please make sure to create backups before proceeding. At this stage, approximately 30% of the work has been completed, so we would appreciate it if you could let us know whether there has been any improvement in CPU and RAM usage.

    Additionally, kindly disable all unnecessary widgets for Elementor that you are not currently using https://prnt.sc/Dgwb4Y_CDkZW /admin.php?page=elementor-element-manager .
    There are approximately 300 widgets in total. Each widget consists of a separate CSS and JS file. As a result, around 400 individual files are being loaded, which causes the website to slow down significantly due to the high number of server requests.

    Once this has been done, please try running the test again after implementing all of the recommended steps.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, Abhinandan,

    We kindly recommend that you create a backup of your current website and consider reverting to a version from 2–3 days ago. This precautionary step will allow you to restore the site to a stable version in case any performance issues arise again.

    We would like to kindly clarify a few details regarding the recent issue:

    1. Have you restored the version of your website from 2–3 days ago?
    2. Did the performance issue reappear after restoring the previous version?
    3. Was the same issue present with the new version of the website?

    Additionally, we would like to inform you that we are currently working on a major performance update to further enhance your website’s functionality.

    half of the error was due to litespeed cache plugin..(this plugin might be conflicting with something in our theme)

    uninstalled it although server is hitting resources limit but with half frequency.

    suppose before it was 50 errors in one hour now it’s 25 or even less.

    Dear Abhinandan,

    Thank you for your message.

    Please kindly provide us with more details regarding the errors you are experiencing. Could you let us know exactly what kind of errors are occurring and, if possible, send us screenshots of the issue? This will help us better understand the situation and assist you more effectively.

    Additionally, we kindly ask you to enable the WordPress debug mode so we can review the log files for any related errors. Once enabled, please send us the debug.log file located in the /wp-content/ directory.

    To enable debug mode in WordPress, please follow these steps:

    1. Connect to your website via FTP or use your hosting file manager.
    2. Locate the wp-config.php file in the root directory of your WordPress installation.
    3. Open the wp-config.php file in a text editor.
    4. Find the line that says:
    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);
    5. Change it to:
    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false);
    6. Save the changes and re-upload the file if necessary.

    This will enable debug mode and create a debug.log file in the /wp-content/ folder, which will record any errors or warnings generated by your site.

    We appreciate your efforts in troubleshooting this and look forward to receiving the requested information so we can further investigate and assist you.

    I am experiencing inconsistent website performance. After making some adjustments, including changes with LiteSpeed, I initially saw some improvement. However, this morning, the issue has returned.
    Additionally, the site speed remains slow. Please find the attached files for reference. I would appreciate any insights or solutions you can provide to stabilize performance.

    feel free to ask anything regarding website stats, in order to solve issue as soon as possible

    Dear Abhinandan,

    Perfect, thank you so much for your update.

    We have identified a new issue related to the Elementor editor, and our development team is currently working on resolving it. This fix will be included in the next theme update, which we are planning to release soon.

    In the meantime, we kindly ask you to perform two CPU usage tests to help us further investigate:

    1. Without logging in as a user, please open your website and navigate through all the pages. Once done, take a screenshot of the CPU usage and share it with us.

    2. On a different day or at least 4 hours later, please open the Elementor editor and try editing any page on your website for about 10–15 minutes. Then, take a second screenshot of the CPU usage and send it to us.

    Thank you for your cooperation and support.

    Hi Abhinandan,

    Thank you for your message.

    Perfect — it appears there are no issues on the frontend. If any issues do exist, they are likely related to the backend. We kindly ask you to check the backend tomorrow, especially the editing pages using the Elementor page builder, and monitor it for at least 10–15 minutes.

    Please let us know if you encounter any difficulties during that time.
