Hello, I have created Product Filters in Shop Filters widget and filters are visible in Shop Page, but In category pages only 3 are visible. I have chosen through settings the shop filters sidebar in Category Page but only 3 filters are visible. Why this is happening and how can I solve it?

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please check if the filters are set to display conditionally based on product availability or attributes. Some filters may not appear if there are no matching products in the selected category.

If you are using a third-party filter plugin, verify that it is configured to display filters on category pages and that no restrictions are applied.

It is possible that the cause of this is related to cached data.
We kindly recommend clearing the cache after making changes to products and categories. This includes clearing WooCommerce-related caches, which can be found in the following section:

    WooCommerce > Status > Tools

Please ensure you clear the following fields:
    – WooCommerce transients
    – Expired transients
    – Term counts
    – Brands transients

If you continue to experience any issues after performing these steps, please provide temporary wp-admin access. We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Warm Regards,

    Hello, leveltgp,

The logic behind the filters is as follows:
On each page, the filters are displayed based on the context of that specific page.
If it is a category page, a subcategory page, a filter page, or a brand page, only those filters that are relevant and can display products available on that particular page will be shown.

    Best regards,

Hello, yes of cource I understand but in theese categories/subcategories filters must be displayed according to product swatches so why they are displayed all in Shop Page and not in a Catergory where Products has the feratures where from the filters was created?
In this eshop and category why filters are present? Same settings here : https://delear-shop.gr/product-category/handmade-jewelry/

    Hello, leveltgp,

Please find below the link to the subcategory page for your reference:
    https://openlab.gr.com/product-category/analosima/gantia/

On this page, only the category, price, and brand filters are displayed. This is because none of the products within this subcategory have attributes that are used in the standard filtering options.

Currently, the products have an attribute called “Διάσταση”, which appears to have been created using a third-party plugin rather than the standard WooCommerce methods.

    Best regards,

Hello, Iam sorry but you are make a mistake here. All attributes as you can see in my images are created from standard woocommerce attributes. Also in this subcategory products has the attribute : “Διάσταση” which I have added to widjet area as Swatches Filter and as siple filter none of them appeared in the subcategory where the products has the attributes. Cannot understand why this is happening. To other eshop with your theme are displayed correctly.

    Hello, leveltgp,

We would like to clarify that the attribute “Διάσταση” (used in products from certain subcategories) does not actually exist among the defined product attributes. While there are other attributes with a similar name, they contain different values. You can verify this by navigating to the Product → Attributes section in your dashboard, where you will notice that there are no attributes with values such as “large”, “small”, etc.

Additionally, the way attributes are displayed on the single product page does not correspond to the layout provided by our theme. You can confirm this by comparing the current site with the example provided below:

    Example: https://openlab.gr.com/product/%ce%b3%ce%ac%ce%bd%cf%84%ce%b9%ce%b1-latex-%ce%bc%ce%b5-%cf%80%ce%bf%cf%8d%ce%b4%cf%81%ce%b1-%ce%bb%ce%b5%cf%85%ce%ba%ce%ac-soft-care/
    Current: https://delear-shop.gr/product/%cf%87%ce%b5%ce%b9%cf%81%ce%bf%cf%80%ce%bf%ce%af%ce%b7%cf%84%ce%b7-%ce%b1%cf%83%ce%b7%ce%bc%ce%ad%ce%bd%ce%b9%ce%b1-%ce%ba%ce%b1%ce%b4%ce%ad%ce%bd%ce%b1-%ce%bb%ce%b1%ce%b9%ce%bc%ce%bf%cf%8d/

Hello, Iam really confused with your answers. Why does it matter if an asttribute has a value smal, large etc….. the attributes values are according to eshop needs and products attributes. In the eshop you give as an exampla where attributes exists, also there there are attributes with numbers, colors, etc… like in the eshop where the problem exist and they do not appear. I made the same setup on products and same setup on widjet to display the product filters. I cannot understand your point and where is the problem / mistake of mine? I cannot use attributes different than small, large etc like shoes number 38,39,40 like to other eshop exists? here also numbers of dimensions exists. I cannor really understand your point and where my mistake here is. Why in the shop page all filters are displayed and does not displayd in subcategories?

We would like to bring to your attention an important matter regarding the attribute “Διάσταση” and its values such as “small” and “large”. These values have been created as local attributes for individual products, rather than being registered as global attributes. As a result, they are not available for global processing or filtering across your store.

For further details and guidance on managing product attributes, we recommend referring to the official WooCommerce documentation at the following link:
    https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/#add-custom-attributes

Please note that the Shop page displays global attributes only. Therefore, you will not see specific values such as “large” or “small” listed there. You are welcome to verify this on your end.
